General Information

All prices exclude VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Carriage will be charged at cost. Please call to discuss delivery options as this is by arrangement only.
Deliveries of less than £1300 will encounter a delivery charge starting from £55, which will be added at the invoicing stage if delivery has been arranged.
Collection from Wrotham in Kent is by appointment only, as our magazines are some distance from the office and stock needs to be transferred.
Payment by cheque, cash, BACS or PayPal must be received with order, or on collection, unless an approved credit account is held.
Responsibility and liability for products transfers to the buyer upon collection.
Title of goods will remain with Phoenix Fireworks until paid for in full.
All timings are approximate and may vary from those stated on the website.
A download of the products available on this website is available on request. This is only updated monthly so we recommend using the website for up to date stock levels rather than the document.

We will only supply Category 4 fireworks to bona-fide display companies and recognised fireworks bodies. Our tests are as follows:

You must have appropriate licensed storage.
You must have Public and Products Liability insurance cover.
We will require a copy of your documentation before we can offer our goods for sale.
Under no circumstances should category 4 material be sold to the general public.
