How do I open a trade account?
You can fill out an application form online.
Simply head to our registration page fill out your details and upload relevant documents and our trade team will review your application and respond as soon as possible.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can collect your order. However this needs to be arranged directly with the trade team.
Is there a delivery charge?
For orders under £1,500 we have a delivery charge of £75. For orders over this value delivery is free of charge.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No we do not have a minimum order quantity. Delivery charges apply.
What information do I need to provide to register for trade access?
We require your up to date storage license and relevant insurance documents. These can be uploaded in the registration portal.
Do you offer in-house training for firers?
Yes. We run BPA courses for firer training both regular and senior courses. These are subject to availability and all details are released on our social media. For further enquiries about this please contact the office at events@phoenixfireworks.co.uk
Do you run ADR training courses?
